Are you passionate, kind, friendly and looking for a new opportunity in a fantastic organisation? Could you support or care for patients within the health and social care sector? If so, our CA opportunity is just what you’re looking for!
Care Assistant – What We Do:
The role of a Care Assistant at LACURA Health & Social Care is varied and largely depends on the client you will be working with. Everything we do is designed to help our clients live happy, independent lives.
Care Assistant – You:
The clients you will be visiting every day have a wide range of care needs, personalities, and lifestyles. We are looking for carers who are empathetic, understanding, and compassionate, to provide the award‑winning care we pride ourselves on and enrich clients’ lives every day.
You may already be a care assistant, or you may have cared for a family member or friend previously. Our experience within the health and social care sector has shown us that previous experience is not necessary to become a fantastic carer. We will give you all the tools and training you require to excel at what you do.
We will provide full training for this role, and you do not need prior experience. Training is also based on your discretion – if you feel you need more training in certain areas, such as medication, we can provide it to ensure a safe service.

* Compassionate, reliable, and genuinely caring.
* A person who wants to make a difference to the life of a stranger.
* No previous care experience required as full pre‑employment training is provided.
* A reliable individual.
* Enhanced DBS required (processed through us).
