My client, a global organisation connecting businesses through sustainability and technology-focused initiatives, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join their international sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded B2B salesperson who is fluent in Portuguese (and ideally Spanish) to work on their large scale Brazilian event.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across key markets, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and helping global companies engage in purpose-driven partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Generate new business and manage outbound B2B sales activity across international markets.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across global brands.
* Develop a deep understanding of the company’s sustainability-focused solutions and communicate their value to prospective clients.
* Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through consultative sales approaches.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales.
* Fluency in Portuguese (essential); Spanish (advantageous); strong spoken and written English required.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven, proactive, and confident engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
* Interest in sustainability, innovation, and global business trends.
* Based in or near Brighton, with the ability to work on-site.
Desirable
* Experience in international sales or working with clients across multiple regions.
* Familiarity with sustainability, clean energy, or technology sectors.
