Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server environments Hands-on experience with Familiarity with ITIL framework principles Project management experience Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience overseeing technical teams or projects. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
