We are recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary SEN setting in Aylesbury, supporting pupils with complex learning and communication needs.
The setting supports over 100 pupils with PMLD, SCLD and Autism, and provides a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
Your role will include:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
Working closely with teachers and support staffRequirements:
Previous SEN experience not essential
A kind, caring and nurturing nature is essential
Full-time availability
A genuine desire to support children with additional needsPay: £95 - £130 per day
Hours: Full time
Start date: ASAP
Location: Aylesbury
Requirements:
Experience working with children in a school setting
Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
