Key responsibilities & qualities
* Relentless curiosity to travel, learn about other cultures and embrace adventurous and exciting destinations with open arms.
* Have client satisfaction and attendee delight as their first thought, you’ll be the first up and last to bed every day ensuring perfection at each step of the event.
* Must have a real want & desire to travel throughout the year, sometimes at short notice.
* A real people person who can read and react effortlessly to different personalities whether it be a client, attendee or supplier.
Must-haves
* A proven track record in delivering incentive & travel programmes for corporate clients and stakeholders.
* First class knowledge of exciting destinations, hidden gems and engaging experiences that can help deliver world class events for corporate clients & their teams.
* The ability to commute into a Berkshire based office 3-4 times per week and more when needed / close to onsite etc.
