We're looking for dedicated and adaptable Qualified Teachers, Cover Supervisors, or Instructors to join our team in Greater Norwich and nearby communities, supporting students with a variety of learning and behavioural needs. Whether you've worked in mainstream education, special educational needs (SEN), alternative provisions, or youth instruction, your expertise could help transform lives.
Important: A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential to ensure you can get to work reliably.
Your Role Will Include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons or activities tailored to students' individual educational, emotional, and behavioural needs.
* Implementing personalised strategies to build student confidence, independence, and essential skills.
* Supporting literacy, numeracy, and life skills development.
* Encouraging positive communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
* Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom or learning environment where every student can thrive.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
* A qualified teacher, experienced cover supervisor, or instructor with experience in educational settings.
* Calm, patient, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
* Skilled in promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
* Committed to ongoing professional development.
* Able to build strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
