Production Manager
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £45,000
Hours: 40 per week, Mon–Fri
We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to join a busy electrical panel assembly business. You’ll lead a team, plan production schedules, liaise with transport, and ensure customer deliveries are on time and in full.
What you’ll do:
Manage production schedules and team performance.
Drive process improvements and lean manufacturing practices.
Ensure quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Coach and develop your team.
What you bring to the team:
Minimum of 5 years in a production management role
Hands-on experience with electrical panel wiring and assembly.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Full driving licence.
