Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Clinical Project Analyst to join our dynamic Project Team at our Bathgate site.
As a Clinical Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing financial data for projects and programs. Your responsibilities will include budget creation, financial modelling, and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and budget achievement.
The Role:
* Collaborate with Project Management and Clinical Supply teams to track hours and overall project costs.
* Partner with the Project Management team to assess out-of-scope activities, ensuring accurate and timely customer communication.
* Analyze financial alternatives for presentation to clients, liaising with local and global operational teams to optimize efficiency.
* Support Project Managers in forecasting total project costs and aligning with customer expectations.
* Develop financial templates and educate clients on current and projected costs.
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support project decisions.
* Engage with client financial representatives to answer billing queries and ensure timely accounts receivable collection.
* Offer detailed financial insights that link reports to business strategies.
* Conduct monthly internal review meetings with budget holders, acting as a key financial contact.
* Deliver monthly presentations on financial performance, full-year forecasts, and budget variances.
The Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or GMP environments (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical ability to interpret large volumes of financial data.
* Expertise in financial modelling (preferred).
* Exceptional attention to detail, with strong logical structuring, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
