We are looking for a Customer Services Assistant to become part of our friendly team at our offices based in Greenford Middlesex. The position is full-time Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break. In addition to the salary there is a monthly bonus.
The successful candidate will be IT literate with good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-orientated approach and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, but friendly environment.
Duties will include:
Daily reporting for Key Customers
Managing customer queries via calls and e-mails in a timely fashion.
Supporting Customers with order entry.
Processing credits and additional charges.
Previous experience in a Customer Services role would be preferred and previous logistics experience would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided.
Handling 1st line dispute resolution regarding additional charges.
Admin / invoicing for ad hoc customers.
Any other duties as required within the department.
