Various EHS / ESG Due Diligence Roles (Consulting Associate – Consulting Director)
* Our Transactions and Private Market Advisory team is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking individuals to deliver top-tier services to meet this demand.
* Consultants in EHS / ESG Due Diligence roles work on diverse buy-side and sell-side transactions for private market investors, their portfolio companies, and corporate clients, to identify EHS / ESG risks, liabilities, and opportunities from financial and reputational perspectives.
Senior roles will require demonstrating and driving (to varying degrees) the following, with junior roles supporting project delivery:
* Leading and managing large, global projects to ensure client satisfaction and profitable delivery.
* Providing expert guidance on strategic EHS / ESG matters, leveraging our global pool of specialists.
* Having a strong technical background in conducting due diligence on company EHS / ESG performance related to governance, compliance, and liability management.
* Understanding broader macro sustainability / ESG topics relevant to companies in the real economy and investment sectors, such as ESG governance, climate strategy and decarbonization, social issues (e.g., Human Rights), and policies like the EU Green Deal.
* Knowing how EHS / ESG due diligence findings are utilized by clients and how they interact with other advisors and workstreams (financial, legal, commercial due diligence, investment banks).
* Ability to identify and manage commercial and operational risks throughout project lifecycle.
* Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, producing high-quality deliverables, translating technical topics into commercial insights, and identifying value creation opportunities.
* Having expertise in sectors such as energy, mining & metals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, telecommunications, and infrastructure is preferred.
* Private markets experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
