Hours - 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12 Key Responsibilities Maximise customer interactions to support sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice. Work with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and work towards Showroom sales and profit targets. Build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers and realising the full potential of all customer interactions. Place customer orders with suppliers and advise customers of anticipated delivery dates, scheduling delivery dates to meet customer needs and arranging appropriate transport. Advise customers of trading terms and conditions relating to customer accounts as required. Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion, continuously aiming to improve customer experience, and supporting all Company initiatives. Keep the showroom clean and tidy, performing day to day housekeeping and also launching any sales promotional activity. What’s in it for you? Required Skills and Experience Previous experience of working in a Kitchen/Bathroom Showroom would be beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude. Experience of generating sales within a dedicated retail showroom or other relevant sales environment. Knowledge of CAD design and design software would be beneficial.
