The role: This is a key role within the squad responsible for delivering both client and internal based solutions. It is technical and innovative, requiring strong expertise in developing and maintaining solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Open AI Foundry and supporting Azure services. The main purpose of the role is to: Design, build and deploy applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, CoPilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry to meet the business needs. Ensure that the solutions are secure, scalable, robust and user-friendly, following the best practices and standards. Design and deliver autonomous, adaptable, and intelligent agentic solutions with Power Platform and Azure Foundry, aligned with business goals. Integrate Azure OpenAI Foundry capabilities to enable generative AI, natural language interfaces, and intelligent automation within business applications. Plan and manage work using agile methodologies, including writing high-quality user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and estimating effort for sprint planning. What will you do: Work alongside other members of the team to deliver high-quality client and internal solutions that align with the firm’s digital transformation and AI strategies. Attend client meetings to offer technical assistance/advice as and when needed. Gather and analyse the business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Develop, test and deploy Power Platform solutions using agile methodologies and tools. Implement and manage deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps to move solutions from development to test and live environments. This includes: Automating solution packaging and deployment using CI/CD pipelines. Managing environment variables and secrets securely across environments. Ensuring rollback strategies and version control are in place for safe releases. Coordinating with QA and support teams to validate deployments and ensure readiness. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents related to the Power Platform solutions. Provide training, documentation, and support to users and support teams on using and maintaining the solutions. Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure developments, regularly assessing new features for potential firm benefits. Work closely with suppliers, Product Managers Technical Architects and Business Analysts to ensure the successful delivery and integration of the Power Platform solutions. What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing and supporting Power Platform solutions, this includes power automate, power apps and copilot studio. Substantial experience in building AI chatbots and agents in Copilot Studio and Azure Foundry. Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Logic Apps, creating automated workflows to integrate apps, data, and services both within and outside the Microsoft ecosystem, and applying enterprise integration patterns to design scalable and secure solutions. A solid understanding of data management within the Power Platform & Logic Apps, including the use of Common Data Service (now part of Microsoft Dataverse). Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, following good coding standards and promoting reusability and modularity. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest Power Platform features and best practices. Familiarity with Azure services and the Azure portal is required, along with an understanding of Microsoft’s AI ecosystem and integrating Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Machine Learning with Power Platform solutions. Proficient in using data sources and connectors such as APIs, SQL, Azure, Dynamics 365 and M365 applications such as SharePoint. Experience in leveraging Azure DevOps to enhance Power Platform solutions, such as using service connections to deploy components, storing code in Azure Repos, and automating deployments with Azure Pipelines. Experience in delivering Power Platform solutions that meet quality and regulatory standards, using tools like Azure Policy Compliance and DevOps boards for tracking. Broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Viva, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner and Forms. Strong collaboration and communication skills – this role will interact with both Partners and potentially clients as well as the technical team. Ability to work under pressure – experience of dealing with tight deadlines and moveable requirements. Strong knowledge and ability to have business centric conversations on subject matters where viable solutions can be designed in Power Apps, Power Automate and CoPilot Studio.
