You will take responsibility for projects from handover through to offshore installation, working on specialist systems used in well construction, riser infrastructure and subsea environments. The work is technically demanding and delivery focused, with real ownership of outcomes.
The role
You will act as the focal point for complex engineering projects, coordinating internal engineering teams, suppliers and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, commercially and on schedule.
Responsibilities will include:

Managing schedules, budgets and project milestones

Coordinating engineering, design and operational teams

Identifying and managing technical, commercial and schedule risk

Leading project kick-off meetings and design reviews

Managing suppliers, procurement and delivery timelines

Presenting project progress to senior leadership

Supporting technical proposals and bids where required

Mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team

Projects are international and technically complex, involving close collaboration between engineering, commercial and offshore teams.
The role is primarily based in the Aberdeen office, working closely with engineering and leadership teams. Some travel may be required depending on project requirements.
