Step into the role of Key Accounts Assistant here at Joules Head Office! What to expect on a day to day basis: You will be responsible for taking 360 ownership of our Key Accounts. Trading experience & reactions - you will need to understand how to trade accounts. You will be our in season order driver with systemic ability to drive wholesale operations. Expect to be the external & internal relationship owner for our Key Accounts. Support with range build ownership for all key partners. Take ownership of stock management. You will need to take on the growth strategy for your key partners - recognising and driving marketing initiatives. This is a key role where you will own our key accounts to unlock their high potential. You will utilise our envoy B2B platform supporting the team in Best Practise. You will have confidence in your role to be a true Joules Brand Ambassador! About You: From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you: Commercial awareness, passion for and an understanding of the Joules brand Ability in sales & product knowledge. Understanding of forecasting with the ability to support, when required. Have demonstrable experience within a similar role in order to hit the ground running. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Clear and confident communicator Detail-oriented and highly accurate. Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure. Comfortable working cross-functionally across internal teams and external partners. Where will you be working? This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. This role is office based working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together.
