Job Description
YOUR MISSION
* Support Global People Connection & Attraction projects across all PUMA regions in Talent Management areas to drive the global talent management transformation journey.
* Collaborate with the team manager to engage with PUMA regions globally, understand their needs, and develop strategies to support Talent Management initiatives. Share best practices and foster knowledge sharing. Propose process improvements within the global community.
* Create materials for the Knowledge Library, develop content on Talent Management topics, and execute campaigns and communication strategies. Organize Q&A meetings and project kick-offs, participate in calls with regions.
* Manage global performance management processes, concepts, and implementations.
* Support the organization of Talent Conferences and Talent Round Tables, and develop concepts for effective global talent sharing.
* Assist in organizing and executing high potential programs.
* Coordinate with Global People Tech, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development teams to integrate Talent Management into the employee experience.
YOUR TALENT
* 4-6 years of experience in Talent or Performance Management in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
* Experience managing international stakeholders in a matrix organization.
* Energetic, positive, proactive, adaptable, with high emotional intelligence.
* Experience with ATS systems like Workday is a plus.
