As a Strategic People Partner, you will collaborate with Senior Leaders and their teams in RBB or T&D, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Your role involves driving initiatives in talent management, organizational design, culture, transformation, and leadership development to foster a high-performing, engaged, and agile workforce.

Your core responsibilities include:

1. Commerciality: Develop a deep understanding of key strategic business goals and challenges, including the levers that influence them.
2. Stakeholder Skills: Coach and influence Senior Leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, team relationships, and performance feedback aligned with high-performance culture.
3. Culture Coach: Influence leaders to embody and embed TEAMS behaviors and leadership expectations.
4. Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement workforce planning initiatives aligned with the SWP strategy and HR blueprint, focusing on talent attraction, development, retention, and succession planning.
5. Change & Transformation: Provide strategic advice to identify, shape, and embed change initiatives aligned with SWP.
6. Cross Collaboration: Work with HR CoEs and the Solutions pool to implement strategies that align with workforce planning and global initiatives.
7. External Awareness: Benchmark and review internal and external environments to identify new HR opportunities.
8. Data Driven: Use HR data to forecast workforce needs, support succession planning, and measure people outcomes.
9. Employee Engagement: Use Peakon data to improve engagement, DEI, and wellbeing initiatives.
10. Business Advocate: Represent the voice of the customer in HR, ensuring services meet business needs.

Essential qualifications and skills include:

* Solid business partnering experience with strong HR expertise
* Understanding of the San UK Strategic Blueprint
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex environments
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
* Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
* Adaptability to ambiguity and change
* Customer obsession and problem-solving passion

Preferred experience:

* Experience in retail or technology sectors
* Knowledge of strategic workforce planning and agile practices

We support a hybrid working pattern with at least 12 days per month in the office. We are open to discussing specific arrangements during recruitment.
