Leveraged Finance Associate (3 – 6 PQE)
We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team within their London office. The position is for a 3 – 6 year PQE Associate.
You will be working on a range of work for creditors and debtors funding acquisitions; working across Private Credit and syndicated investors. You will be involved in Leveraged Financings, investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings, and emerging markets loans with clients across the US and Europe.
The team undertakes both lender and sponsor matters, working with chambers ranked partners. You will have the opportunity to specialise at the senior level.

Salary: £210k-£300k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
