This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability, structured training, and clear progression in a high-care environment. Shift Pattern Rotating weekly shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00 One week on each shift Flexibility required to support production needs Pay Rates Starting rates (pre-training): Basic: £12.55 per hour Overtime (over 40 hours): £15.69 per hour Sunday OT (over 40 hours): £18.83 per hour Post-training increased rates: Basic: £13.15 per hour Overtime (over 40 hours): £16.44 per hour Sunday OT (over 40 hours): £19.73 per hour Primary Purpose of the Role To ensure full compliance with HACCP, Quality Management Systems, GMP, food safety, hygiene standards, and traceability. You will champion quality across the site and support continuous improvement in all areas.
