The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a(n) Purification and Filtration Regulatory and Product Stewardship Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Developing and leading global product stewardship, life cycle management, and regulatory compliance strategic objectives for the Purification and Filtration (P&F) Business to support new product commercialization, existing product portfolio growth and customer needs. Driving global visibility and prioritization of product stewardship and global regulatory compliance requirements and activities for P&F markets and applications including drinking water, biopharmaceutical, food & beverage and industrial. Supervising a team of product stewardship and regulatory compliance professionals for success by providing leadership, mentoring and guidance in executing stewardship and compliance activities for the global P&F organization. Regularly communicating business product stewardship and compliance performance, strategic objectives and new and emerging regulations, trends, metrics and requirements to business management. Serving as a member of the Solventum Product Stewardship Leadership team and participating, influencing, and implementing corporate product stewardship and compliance initiatives and programs. Partnering with others to monitor, interpret, advocate, and implement emerging trends and regulations for continued product compliance and safety excellence. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, Ten (10) years of combined experience in product regulatory compliance or product stewardship AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: A minimum of five (5) years of technical supervision or management experience. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor's degree or higher in Toxicology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution Five (5) years of experience working in a filtration products manufacturing industry in a regulatory, research, quality or manufacturing role. Five (5) years of strategic and organizational planning experience. Global product regulatory and certification compliance experience in one or more of the following areas: biocompatibility testing, chemical control laws, consumer product regulations, drinking water contact regulations and certifications, food contact regulations.
