We are looking for female applicants to work in an existing dedicated team with this young lady in student accommodation and in the holidays at her home in Norfolk. We are looking for Support Workers who ideally have spinal injury experience and ability to manage complex care needs however full training will be given.
We have both days and nights available.
Responsibilities to include:
* Personal care
* Domestic duties around the home
* Support with social activities
* Medication Administration
* Tracheostomy Care
* Ventilation Care
The ideal candidate will have:
* A compassionate and caring nature, with the ability to build a good rapport
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Flexibility to provide cover when needed
* Previous experience in a support worker role is essential
* Experience in spinal injuries and complex care is preferred
* Full clean driving licence
