Required as soon as possible Reference: 0454 Woodbridge Town Council are seeking an organised and community aware person to undertake the gardening and maintenance of the council’s wide and varied estate. Under the direction of the Head Gardener, you will become a recognisable and approachable member of the council’s staff and build relationships with the council’s tenants and park users. As part of a small team, you will work towards maintaining the overall appearance of the estate of the council, which requires high standards of garden maintenance throughout the year by way of best horticultural practice and industry standards. You will need: understanding of basic gardening tasks (weeding, planting, watering, lawn care) performed throughout the year experience of outdoor, manual, or practical work, preferably as a gardener to be motivated, with a genuine interest in horticulture and outdoor work.
