About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team. The role will provide essential administrative and operational support to project managers, site teams, and leadership to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and business support to project teams and management.
* Assist in preparing reports, project documentation, and compliance records.
* Maintain and update project databases, files, and records in line with company policies.
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to support business operations.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within administrative processes.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Prior experience in business support, administration, or office management (experience in the construction industry preferred).
* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
