Are you an organised, proactive multitasker with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Marketing Team Coordinator to join our dynamic UK Marketing team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and communications.
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Marketing Team Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the UK Marketing Mailbox – ensuring requests are distributed and tracked via
* Project Coordination – uploading tasks, updating deadlines, and keeping contact details and documents current.
* Meeting Support – attending weekly team meetings, taking notes, creating action points, and chasing updates.
* Invoice Management – coding and processing invoices through the purchase ledger.
* First Point of Contact – liaising with other departments and external partners like our design agency.
* Marketing Materials Oversight – managing safety stock levels and ensuring timely dispatch of promotional items.
* Event Support – helping organise trade shows and events, including travel, accommodation, and logistics. Occasional attendance may be required.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel & Teams).
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* A proactive mindset with great communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to learn – full training will be provided on and our CRM systems.
