We are recruiting for one of our leading events clients based in Yorkshire.
Due to naturel growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Venue Resourcer – You will be responsible for sourcing and securing venues globally, supporting internal account teams and working closely with clients to deliver solutions that meet their objectives, budgets, and compliance requirements.
You will manage venue enquiries from initial brief through to proposal delivery, ensuring all options are well researched, commercially sound, and clearly presented. You must come from a venue background and have knowledge with floor plans, compliance and regulation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a key point of contact for venue sourcing enquiries
* Build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
* Interpret briefs to understand event requirements and constraints
* Research and identify suitable venues across a range of global destinations
* Assess options based on capacity, location, logistics, and compliance
* Prepare clear, accurate, and client-ready proposals
* Negotiate rates, terms, and added value with venue partners
* Maintain and develop supplier relationships
* Ensure solutions align with agreed budgets and offer best value
* Manage accommodation and meeting space sourcing requests
* Coordinate site visits and attend familiarisation trips where required
* Ensure all options meet relevant compliance standards
* Use venue sourcing platforms such as Cvent or similar systems
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Experience in venue sourcing, ideally within an agency environment
* Good knowledge of international destinations and venue types
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Clear and professional communication skills
* High attention to detail
* A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving
Desirable
* Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients
* Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries
* Familiarity with venue sourcing platforms (e.g. Cvent)
* Commercial awareness and confidence in negotiations
