Salary: £85 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

Join a thriving 4-form entry mainstream primary school in Romford as a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant.
We're working with a well-respected, inclusive primary school in Romford looking for an experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across Early Years and Key Stages 1 & 2.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a large, supportive staff team in a school that puts children at the heart of everything they do.
About the Role:
Working 1:1 or in small groups to support children with EHCPs, including needs such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language delays, or SEMH
Supporting access to learning both in and out of the classroom
Assisting class teachers in adapting lessons and promoting inclusive practice
Working closely with the school's experienced SENCO and wider pastoral team
Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience supporting children with SEND (school, care, or youth setting)
A calm, patient and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confident working with a range of needs, including communication and behaviour
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
