Our practice embraces innovative digital triage systems that enable same-day management of the majority of patient demand.
Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP, you will provide comprehensive medical care through face-to-face and telephone consultations, supported by full training in our digital triage system. You will benefit from access to support from Senior GP's on site when needed, and a highly skilled administrative team that handles blood test results and incoming documents centrally, significantly reducing your administrative workload. Minimal home visits and a collaborative team culture, fostered through weekly practice meetings, ensure a supportive working environment where shared learning and quality improvement are encouraged.

Job responsibilities

-The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice
- We deliver total digital triage. Our systems mean we are able to manage the majority of patient demand on the same day while maintaining our own work-life balance
-Daily Senior GP presence, providing supervision and support
-Our GPs can focus on patient care thanks to our supportive, highly skilled, administrative team
-All blood test results and incoming documents are reviewed centrally, resulting in a lighter administrative workload. We are constantly looking at how we can streamline the way we work to reduce the administrative workload
-Minimal home visits
-The sharing of learning is encouraged at our weekly practice meetings, where we discuss the challenges we are facing and develop a team approach, providing each other with support

Person Specification
Experience
* Comprehensive General Practice Experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care through both face-to-face and telephone consultations in a general practice setting.
* Clinical Record Keeping and Referral Management: Experience maintaining accurate clinical records and managing timely and appropriate referrals within NHS pathways.
* Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared learning, practice meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Supervision and Support: Experience working under or providing clinical supervision, with the ability to seek and offer support as part of a senior GP presence.
* Regulatory Compliance: Full GMC registration, inclusion on the NHS Performers List, and completion of specialty training (MRCGP preferred) are essential prerequisites.
* Digital Triage or Remote Consultation Experience: Familiarity with digital triage systems or remote consultation methods is desirable, or a willingness to undertake full training and adapt to a total digital triage model.
Qualifications
* Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
* Full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List
* Completion of specialty training (MRCGP preferred)
