We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and student-focused team at a specialist school in Havant, catering for boys aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

What You’ll Be Doing as a SEMH Teaching Assistant:
* Supporting the delivery of a personalised, broad curriculum
* Assisting students with emotional regulation and modelling positive behaviours
* Helping young people build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills
* Collaborating with teachers and therapists to meet individual EHCP targets
* Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
