Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Preston for a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing order processing, providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, and overseeing administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and close coordination with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately process customer orders and maintain records
2. Respond to enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
3. Coordinate with internal departments and our UK production team to ensure timely order fulfilment
4. Assist with general sales administration and reporting tasks
