Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the position of 360 Operator in SM7. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator on various construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties
* Operate a 360 excavator to perform digging, lifting, and moving materials on site.
* Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure machinery is in good working condition.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
* Assist with general site duties as required, including loading and unloading materials.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues with equipment promptly.
Experience
* Previous experience operating a 360 excavator is essential.
* Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable to assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
* A valid commercial driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
