Role Overview:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our client for a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales professional to join their team. In this role, you will promote and sell a range of products and services primarily through telephone and online channels to both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, handling service activations, processing product or service changes, scheduling installations or repairs, and resolving product or billing issues, all while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively sell relevant products and services to customers, driving sales growth.
2. Initiate calls from a provided lead list to generate new business opportunities.
3. Manage remote account activities such as contract renewals, price negotiations, and service adjustments.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Support field sales teams with complex account management and key sales opportunities.
6. Collaborate closely with Inside and Field Sales teams to ensure seamless strategy and execution.
7. Take responsibility for the performance of the sales team, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
8. Coach and guide the sales team, supporting their development and helping them achieve their targets.
9. Contribute to revenue growth by meeting budget targets and aligning with company objectives.
10. Plan and manage the ongoing development of the sales team, ensuring future success.
11. Oversee accurate data management and CRM updates for all accounts.
12. Conduct team meetings to review performance, discuss priorities, and brainstorm strategies for improvement.
13. Continuously evaluate team processes to enhance performance and effectiveness.
14. Develop and implement annual plans for business growth, market penetration, and process optimisation.
