FRS has been enlisted by a privately owned wholesale business based in Warwickshire for the recruitment of a Managing Director vacancy. A package of around £150k is offered, comprising approximately £100k basic salary and a £50k bonus (negotiable/flexible).
The business seeks a hands-on CEO to be based in Warwickshire. Known for their innovation, strong industry presence, and commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers, the company aims to continue growth and solidify its market position. They are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive the business forward as the Directors explore other ventures.
This is a newly created position offering a unique opportunity to shape the company's future. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a growth-focused environment, with a solid understanding of strategic and operational challenges at this scale.
Suitable candidates will have significant experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Operational Director, or similar for a business with a circa £25m turnover. You should be strategically minded, focused on driving the business forward while maintaining high standards of customer engagement. Experience within wholesale, foodservice, or distribution is preferred.
A package worth around £150k is offered and potentially negotiable based on experience.

* Engage the board and senior executives in decision-making and provide regular performance reports.
Team Development and Culture
* Lead, motivate, and develop the senior management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
