As a vital part of KCOM's growth strategy, you'll play a key role in driving business across both our heartland and expanding build areas. This field-based position will see you engaging directly with customers in cities, towns and rural communities, showcasing the value of KCOM's full fibre products.
Reporting to the Lead Event Representative, you'll play a key role in building a strong pipeline of leads for our outbound sales team. This is an events‑based role, working across a variety of locations that will change frequently from week to week. You'll primarily engage with customers face‑to‑face at organised events and wider community engagement to maximise reach and impact.
Salary – £24,570 per annum, £6000 OTC, uncapped plus fuel costs for business travel will be covered
Location – Field based, covering East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire

What You'll Be Doing
* Achieve set sales targets - the most important aspect of this role
* Generate high‑quality leads for the outbound sales team
* Generate interest and drive demand for the full range of KCOM products within the areas we already service.
* Manage and convert your own pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up with all potential customers
* Achieve set sales and activity targets, contributing to overall business revenue goals
Candidate Requirements
* Previous customer‑facing experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
* A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences and being part of a supportive, driven team
* Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality - you genuinely enjoy talking to people and can build rapport quickly
* A full valid driving licence with the flexibility to travel across East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire
* Desirable: Background in sales with experience working toward targets and consistently exceeding KPIs
