Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Centre Manager for our Northampton location. This is a full-time, on-site role where working with a customer service assistant, you will be the face of our business centre, responsible for driving occupancy and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our serviced offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Promote the business locally, prospect new clients, and build strong relationships within the community.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
* Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
* Team Leadership: Manage one staff member and coordinate with contractors such as cleaners.
* Marketing: Implement local marketing strategies and business networking to attract and retain occupiers.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience: Previous management experience in workspace, hospitality, property, or retail sectors is advantageous. We also welcome candidates who have supported managers in similar roles and are ready for promotion.
* Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
* Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent business administration capabilities.
* Sales and Marketing: Proficiency in sales prospecting and local marketing techniques.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
* Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
