*60/40 split (Consultant/Firm) for firm-generated work
* 70/30 split for clients introduced by the Consultant

*Brown & Co Solicitors is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join the firm as a Consultant Solicitor under a competitive fee-share structure. The role provides autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload, supported by an established property team and full administrative infrastructure.
You will act for a strong and growing Chinese/Mandarin-speaking client base. Mandarin language skills are essential.
*Managing your own caseload of residential and commercial property matters
* Transfers of equity, remortgages and new-build transactions
* Lease extensions (statutory and informal)
* Commercial leases, assignments and renewals
* Providing clear legal advice to Mandarin-speaking clients
* Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML and regulatory standards
* Generating repeat business and promoting the firm’s services
*Minimum 5 years PQE in residential and commercial property
* Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written)
* 70/30 for Consultant’s own introduced clients
* Full access to firm systems, precedents xsngvjr and compliance support
* Administrative support (e.g., Marketing support and access to firm inbound enquiries
* Flexible, remote or hybrid working
