Job Title: Swimming Teacher
1. Plan and deliver swimming lessons according to the scheme of work and lesson plans.
2. Integrate the programme reward schemes into classes.
3. Ensure the safe provision and correct use of all equipment.
4. Follow safety standards, undertake dynamic risk assessments during sessions.
5. Assess swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential.
6. Explain and demonstrate modern, accurate swimming techniques.
7. Develop swimmers' techniques and identify ways to improve performance.
8. Create a positive, fun environment to motivate and encourage swimmers.
9. Evaluate sessions and provide feedback.
10. Regularly assess each swimmer's ability and progress, and award certificates via our online portal.
11. Qualifications: Level 2 Swimming Teacher - STA or Swim England.
12. Require an enthusiastic, positive attitude towards swimming, good communication skills, perseverance, patience, and the ability to inspire confidence.
13. Must be professional, punctual, well-organized, and flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
