What you'll be doing Leading and developing the Psychology curriculum across Key Stages 4 and 5 Driving excellent outcomes and a love of learning within the subject Supporting, coaching, and inspiring colleagues within the department Monitoring student progress and implementing effective intervention strategies Championing innovative teaching and learning practices Contributing to the wider life of the school and its continued improvement journey What we're looking for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A strong track record of teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level Experience of curriculum planning and assessment The ability to inspire both students and colleagues High expectations and a commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes Previous leadership experience is desirable, but talented teachers ready for progression are encouraged to apply Why this school?
