This role involves stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher on a flexible, ad-hoc basis that fits around your schedule.

Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Role Responsibilities:
* Supervise students across KS3 and KS4 classes
* Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on task
* Maintain a calm, focused, and productive classroom environment
* Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding policies
Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Applicant Requirements:
* A confident and professional classroom presence
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
* Minimum of 2 months' UK experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring etc.)
* Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
