The Student – Assets will assist the Asset Managers in delivering a professional, technical and customer-facing estates maintenance service and will work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues to proactively identify areas for service improvement.

It is anticipated that the start date for the post will be July 2026, on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

* Currently studying for a level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) in an Estate Management/ Building Surveying/ Construction/ Engineering related discipline with one full year of studies complete.
* A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
