Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, booking appointments, handling customer enquiries, and providing admin support. The role also involves coordinating between customers, installers, suppliers, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to promote energy-efficient services (e.g. insulation, boiler replacement, heat pumps)
* Book and manage customer appointments
* Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally
* Coordinate between customers, installers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Carry out minor admin tasks (record-keeping, updating systems, handling paperwork)
* Support the sales team in achieving company targets
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent spoken English is a must
* Confident telephone manner
* Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
* Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage tasks
* Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred (training provided)
* Knowledge of energy efficiency or home improvement services is an advantage
