Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging employability lessons that align with students' EHCP outcomes. Teach key topics such as CV writing, interview preparation, teamwork, communication, and workplace behaviour. Encourage students to recognise their strengths and explore future career options. Support learners both in the classroom and through practical, hands-on learning activities. Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and local employers to enrich student experience. Requirements: Experience supporting or teaching SEN students in an educational or vocational environment. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Flexibility and creativity in adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs. A teaching, assessing, or training qualification is advantageous but not essential.
