Overview
Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Beech Grove we are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied. We are looking for people with the passion, talent, skills and experience that all add up to a caring and community-minded workforce. Shaftesbury is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and adults and expects all employees to share this commitment.
Our disability services across adult care, children’s care and education are all focused on inclusion and support. Committed to professional, flexible and personalised care, we are passionate about going the extra mile in providing opportunities for people to thrive and live well.
Shaftesbury is the disability charity that’s committed to enabling children, young people and adults to live a life that adds up for them.
What makes life liveable is never down to just one thing - it’s the sum of many things. From friendship to fun; from companionship to community; from a great chat to a challenge overcome, it all adds up – to Shaftesbury. Through a wide range of disability care, special education, and rehabilitation services we promote inclusion and wellbeing for all. Together, we work to see people take part, contribute and be valued. We put the elements in place that all add up to connected lives.
