Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer in Health and Social Care (Part-Time). This is a unique opportunity to inspire and shape the future of students entering the health and social care sector by delivering engaging, high-quality instruction in both practical and theoretical aspects of the field.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a valued member of our Further Education department, your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Health and Social Care.
* Assisting in curriculum design, development, and quality improvement within the subject area.
* Supporting student recruitment through interviews, Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG), Open Days, and other events.
* Monitoring and supporting student progress, retention, achievement, and progression using effective tracking systems.
* Staying up to date with subject knowledge and applying innovative teaching methods, both face-to-face and online.
* Contributing to the academic community through knowledge exchange, professional practice, and scholarship.
