Are you organised, reliable and passionate about supporting patient care behind the scenes? We are looking for a Clinical Supplies Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our clinical teams have everything they need to deliver safe, effective care.
This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to maintain stock levels, manage deliveries and ensure our supplies systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Main duties of the job
* Ensuring all departments are fully stocked, supporting uninterrupted patient care
* Receiving, checking and storing deliveries accurately and safely
* Maintaining clean, organised and compliant storerooms
* Raising purchase orders and managing stock control processes
* Supporting monthly stock counts and monitoring usage
* Delivering supplies across departments in a timely and professional manner
* Handling returned goods and managing credits where required
* Supporting safe storage and handling of specialist equipment (including oxygen cylinders)
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and efficiency
* Maintaining high standards of infection control, health & safety and cleanliness
About us
We’re seeking someone who is:
* Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
* Able to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
* Friendly, approachable and committed to excellent service
* Good basic education (literacy and numeracy)
* At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g. stores, logistics, healthcare or similar)
* Experience in a healthcare or caring environment
* Knowledge of stock control or supplies management
* Awareness of health & safety practices
