Youllbe the friendly face and voice that keeps customers informed, supported and confident that their vehicle is in the best hands. What youll be doing: As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for a service. Youll play a key role in delivering a smooth experience. In this role you will be: Welcoming and assisting customers booth in person and over the phone Booking vehicles into and managing the service diary Keeping customer updated on work progress and timelines Accurately recording vehicle issues and service requirements Liaising with the service technicians to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for customer collection on time Promoting relevant service and maintenance options Processing approvals and payments for completed work What were looking for: You dont need automotive experience to succeed here well provide the training. What matters most is your customer service mindset.
