Role Purpose
We are looking for experienced waiting and bar staff to join our Food & Beverage team at Notts County Football Club. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality service during matchdays and events, ensuring guests enjoy a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional, efficient, and courteous table service to all guests.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of hospitality areas before and after events.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service throughout events.
* Uphold company policies and licensing regulations at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as waiting and/ or bar staff is essential – applicants without this will not be considered.
* Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional, well-presented, and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
* A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
