This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Las Iguanas Ltd, located in Royal Leamington Spa. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a motivating work environment. The Assistant Manager will also handle inventory management, staff scheduling, and implement company policies and procedures. They will support the General Manager in meeting financial objectives, including budgeting and managing expenses.
