Maintain high hygiene standards, ensure proper waste disposal, and oversee food purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, and serving. Plan menus collaboratively, minimize waste, liaise with suppliers for best value, and conduct regular stock audits to ensure proper rotation and removal of expired items. Develop and implement training plans for residents and trainees, supervise their activities, record progress, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and project rules.
