Role Overview and Features:
The Head of CRM will lead the charge in establishing our client's CRM function, driving strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement integrated CRM strategies aligned with business objectives. Harnessing the power of customer data, you'll optimize CRM systems, drive data-driven marketing campaigns, and identify new business opportunities.
Essential Skills:
* 5+ years CRM experience in a fast paced, high volume B2C industry.
* Proven track record of boosting engagement & revenue metrics.
* Strategic thinker with deep analytical and technical CRM expertise
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.
