Due to a significant increase in workload we are searching for a Document Controller / Administrator to join on their new project in Central London. Overview: As a Document Controller, you will provide a consistent and timely service to the development teams by ensuring that project information/drawings/documentation is managed, communicated, filed, and retrievable in accordance with the business's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Review and maintain the accuracy of the records Liaised with and distribute project related information to the team and external parties. Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required. Archive and keep up to date all latest drawings for the sub-contractors and sub consultants. Assist Contracts Manager/Project Director where required. Printing, logging and recording of all RAMS, Hot Work Permits and Permits to Work throughout the project. Generate reports and monitor data analytics to provide feedback to the project team on project performance throughout the project lifecycle Organise the handover 'day' function (site based - level of function to be agreed with Contracts Manager). Experience/Knowledge: Fit out contractor experience ideally with a Tier 1 provider Construction based office / site experience Good level of EDMS experience (Either Autodesk, Aconex, Asite, 4Project, or Procore) If interested, please reach out on 07444 374 483.
