Supporting the team and reporting to the Head of Projects, you will be involved across all stages of project delivery. You will ensure that the highest standards are realised and delivery is on time and within specification and budget.
Electrical Project Supervisor Requirements:
Project design criteria.
oLayout and process review of equipment
oSign off and acceptance of detailed engineering documents
oP&ID reviews, drawing reviews and strong co-operation between suppliers and process users
oTravel may be required
Implementation of widely varying paper industry projects ranging from 110V to 3.5KV electrical systems to DCS/PLC process control upgrades. Capable of fault finding and tuning Siemens S7 plc and ABB drives equipment.
Working closely with OEM suppliers, subcontractors and SW stakeholders to ensure that project scope and specification is thoroughly investigated and understood to ensure deliverables of quality, timely delivery and agreed budgets and are realised.
Detailed planning of activities to ensure that available time and resource is used to maximum efficiency within a highly time constrained and fast paced manufacturing operation.
Source and manage specialist resource to support with finding bespoke solutions.
Manage approved budgets and documentation methods.
Development and modification of electrical diagrams.
Generation of I/O and process control equipment schedules from P&IDs.
